The Girl with the Needle (2025) Set in Copenhagen, a pregnant Caroline takes up a job as a nanny for an elderly woman named Dagmar in order to earn some money to support herself. Dagmar opens a babysitting company disguised as a candy store, helping underprivileged mothers place their unwanted babies in foster homes. Caroline grows close to Dagmar, but she soon has to confront the terrible truths she was unaware of.
